I think merch/salvage the daggers. It's not a very popular skin, and the few people I've seen that do want them want req 9.

Salvage the +30 grip off the axe. There are a lot of gemstone axes around and not enough demand to make a req 13 one easy or worth the trouble to sell.

For the tome, I don't think prices have really settled for them yet. I figure the non-elite tomes will settle somewhere around 1-2k because people can get non-elite skills by using pvp faction or another character with 1k and a skill point to "unlock" it, then another 1k and a skill point to learn the skill at the nearest skill trainer for the campaign. So I can't see how the non-elite ones will ever really save folks enough trouble to make them worth much.
